THE KITCHEN
CHEF Ka hou Fernandez IN LONDON
Settling his two feet down in London, Chef Ka Hou started his journey in hospitality as a Kitchen Porter in Victoria, but with his huge enthusiasm for food, quickly progressed to a high performing chef.
With a second-to-none work ethic and astuteness, Chef Ka Hou was able to purchase his own food truck and start his journey into London’s street food scene, quickly winning the hearts of Crystal Palace & South London.
With the food truck a huge success, feeding hundreds of people per week, Chef Ka Hou sold the business to open a permanent residence, Streatham Kitchen.
